Investors withdrew $218 million from traded Bitcoin funds on the American exchange in one of the worst daily exits,
amid impacted demand for high-risk investments.
Yesterday’s exits included $23 million from the “Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund,”
for the first time since its launch on January 11,
alongside a range of funds like the “iShares Bitcoin Trust” from BlackRock.

Yen:

The yen continues to fall after the Bank of Japan meeting.
The Japanese yen fell to over 156 yen to the dollar,
breaking this level for the first time since May 1990.
As widely expected, the Bank of Japan kept interest rates steady

despite pressures resulting from the sharp decline in the yen’s value.
The central bank also dropped the wording about buying the same quantity of bonds as before.
It revised its inflation expectations upward, stating that the economy will likely continue growing healthy.
Meanwhile, data showed that Tokyo’s core inflation rate slowed to a two-year low of 1.6% in April.
