Before the change
Before the change, the google messages user was receiving a long text to the iMessage reaction instead of the Emojy sent from the iPhone.
For example, if an android received a heart emoji , the user will receive “ the IOS user loved your message” in Google message.
The Old Google Messages
The problem in the old messaging system is in the compatibility between the text and the description, the text descriptions are long,
instead of a text string that can be read, the screen is filled with descriptions of reactions.

After the update
After the update, Google Messages users will see an interaction emoji attached to the appropriate messages as intended.
The solution resets the iMessages emoji to those provided by Rich Communications Services (RCS),
which means that the Apple heart and laughter symbols are replaced with a heart-eyes and a smiley face, respectively.
Google Messages will also show a “Translate from iPhone” notification when you press a reply verb in the message.

Advanced messaging features
RCS promises to offer many advanced messaging features for Android like typing indicators, read receipts, end-to-end encryption,
Wi-Fi text messaging, dynamic group chats and more, the subtleties that Apple device owners have long enjoyed.
