We are looking for an experienced retention agent to join our brand team.
As our Retention agent, you will initiate to help develop the brand by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, and training, and providing existing customers with exceptional support
The best Retention representatives understand the importance of strong customer service, have a knack for closing deals and are self-assured. If you are passionate about technology, innovation, and business strategy, your place is with us.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new deals for existing clients
- Track all client's activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with the team manager to optimize the new deals effort
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in marketing, communications, or related field of finance
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficient in written and spoken Arabic or English
